Last updated 26 August 2026. By paying for a love note on mostexpensive.love you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
The product
You buy a digital listing on this website: a public love note tied to a name, ranked by the US-dollar amount you pay. Minimum $5. Checkout is Stripe. This is not physical goods, not financial advice, not a dating app, and not a guaranteed message delivery to anyone.
Rank
Each completed payment is a separate note. Higher amounts sit above lower amounts on that name. Older notes stay. Rank is not sold separately from the note. We do not offer sponsored #1 placements.
No refunds
Digital listings go live when Stripe marks the payment paid. Charges are not refundable. If you were charged and no note appeared, email hello@mostexpensive.love with the receipt. We can republish a missing paid note; we do not reverse a published bid to restore someone else’s rank.
Your content
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share the note (including share images) on this site and in search or social previews. You confirm you have the right to publish the text. Do not include private data about other people without a lawful basis.
Prohibited
- Anyone under 18 as the subject of a sexual, romantic, or exploitative note
- Illegal content, threats, or harassment we reasonably judge as abusive
- Malware, spam, or impersonation used to defraud
We may hide or remove notes that break these rules without refund.
Availability
We run the board as a live website. We do not promise it will exist forever, that a search engine will index your note, or that a social network will show your share card.
